Berry, fresh flavor with hints of strawberries, raspberries, red currants, rhubarb and herbs.

Our goal is to produce a roséwine a Provence but with Nordic aromas and acidity. Thanks to hot days and cold nights during Swedish summer the terroir produces grapes which gives crispy, foodfriendly wines with a long aftertaste.

After fermentation, the wine has aged on steel tank on its lees for 4 months with regular batonnage. The goal of sour lees aging and batonnage is to create a deeper mouthfeel that can balance the fresh acidity. Through relatively short sour lees aging, we maintain the primary aromas of the wine.

Alcohol: 12.5 % vol.

Fruitacidity 7 g/L

Residual sugar: 3 g/L
