Lotima Solaris 2020 is made 100% from Solarisgrapes grown in our vineyard in Allerum. The grapes were handpicked in middle of October and after fermentation the wine has been stored in stainless steel for 7 months on the lees and total 14 months before bottling in December 2021.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Acidity: 8 g/L
Residual sugar: 3 g/L
