With a background in economy Tina worked with fresh produce industry for 17 years, primarily in sales and marketing. After a visit in Toscana 2010, she founded the company. After years of preparations and studies, the first four ha was planted in 2016.
In 2017, Tina completed her sommelier education with WSET Level 3, which is an invaluable asset in the cellar.
In addition to running the vineyard and cellar, Tina spends much of her time during summer to take care of the beehives, botanical garden, the apple trees and berries grown ecologically at the estate.
When Tina is the happiest, she enjoys a glass of Barrel-aged Solaris along roasted point cabbage, beurre noisette, toasted hazelnuts and parmigiano cheese.
New master distiller
Lottenlund & Helsing continues to develop and employs a new master distiller from 1 May. Here we will soon present one of the distillery's new stars.
Jennica works as a vineyard hostess here at Lottenlund Estate. With a broad experience in food and drink, including from both the airline, restaurant and hotel industry, Jennica ensures that our visitors' experience of our vineyard and Swedish wine is something out of the ordinary. When Jennica is not guiding at the vineyard, she works actively with events, conferences and gastronomic trips through Kullaresor. Jennica loves food, drinks and culinary meetings.
Dorian joined us in February 2023 and is responsible for our vineyards in Allerum and Segelstorpsstrand. The former IT project manager from Switzerland took his chance to become a winemaker a few years ago. He is experienced in viticulture and winemaking in his home country where most of the work in the vineyard is done by hand.
He enjoys the physical work outside in nature, as well as the vinification in the cellar. Being part of the whole process from pruning to harvest and bottling is what makes this profession so interesting and diverse.
Dorians favourite wines are Pinot Noir and Chasselas, but glass by glass he is growing more fond of the Swedish Wine
Christine moved here from Switzerland in early 2023 together with her husband Dorian, who is our vineyard manager. With her love for cultivation and gardening, she manages our culinary crops during the summer months. During the winter months, Christine assists with pruning and other works in the vineyard. Originally a chemist, Christine also helps out our winemaker in the winery and in the laboratory. Extra hands are always needed during bottling and labelling.
Christines happy place is in the French country side, where she loves a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, best enjoyed with some nice French goat’s cheese.
