Nuanced, fruity and fresh taste with hints of yellow apples, gooseberries, pears and galia melon.

Lotima Bridget 2023 is our first white wine from our vineyard on the Bjäre Peninsula. The season ended with a very warm fall, up to 30 degrees, which resulted in early harvest with good values on the grapes. The grapes were hand-picked and transported to our winery in Allerum where they were pressed in whole bunches. After fermentation, the wine rested on the fine lees for 10 months with regular batonnage.
