Spicy with bitter aromas and sweetness with flavours of pomerans, gooseberries, wormwood, vanilla and elderflowers. 

Under 3 års tid arbetade vi med receptutvecklingen av Sveriges första vermouth producerad på en svensk vingård. Starten var 2020.  Vi tycker det är oerhört spännande att sätta svensk Vermouth på härodlade druvor på världskartan över premiumdrycker. Från Lottenlund erbjuder vi 2 olika Vermouth, en Rosso och en Bianco.
The grapes for this wine was handharvested in Allerum during october 2021 and fermented with a neutral yeast, fortified with grapespirit where very carefully botanicals was macerating. The wine was aged in new 50 liters oakbarrels for 6 months. Enjoy Vermouth with ice as an aperitif or as an drink ingredient.

Enjoy it on the rocks as an apertif or as an drinkingredient.

Alcohol: 16.5% vol.
