Lotima Selense
Nuanced and fruity white wine with a crisp acidity and aromas of apples, pears, gooseberries, honeydew melon and lime.
Lotima Selence is our 3rd vintage where we have chosen grapes of absolute top quality, which has been pressed gentle, fermented on both old barriques from Vouges in France and on steel, which resut in the best balance of oak and steel.
15% of the wine is made of Muscaris which give the wine some spicy notes, acidity and flowers in the aromas and 85% of the wine is Solaris that has been rested on used barriques for 11 months.
